Dès janvier, les entraînements réguliers des matins sont ouverts aux danseurs émergents et professionnels (H/F) de 10H30 à 12H dispensés par les chorégraphes invités et les danseurs émergents (H/F) de la CIE MARCHEPIED(CH).

Tarifs Carte Morning Classes : 200.- CHF pour 54 cours réduisant le prix du cours à 4.- CHF.
Tarifs membre AVDC : 120.- CHF.
Le cours à l’unité reste à 10.- CHF

The class work mainly on imagination and foundation. Inspirations from modern dance technique, focus on rhythm, space, dynamic, breathe, initiation and direction etc. The class begins with a warm up, phrases, improvisation in between and perhaps little choreography at the end. I suggest participants arrive 10 minutes before the class start, in order to connect your inner self with the morning bodies, the weather and the studio.
